Web-based E-Mail Program w/ Embedded Images?

A few years ago, as many of you probably recall, Yahoo Mail had "Photomail", a neat mail program that would allow one to embed an image (JPEG) into the body of the e-mail without having to attach it. I LOVED this program but then Yahoo ditched this, probably due to viral issues that may have impacted their servers due to the images themselves.

Does anyone know of another web-based e-mail program that would allow embedded images? Thanks so much.
