Can you visit msn.com in your browser if it is not your home page, or does that redirect you too?

What happens if you try to go to

http://www.msn.com/?c=us

Does that work, and can you now set that as your home page?

OR, go to the international page at

http://www.msn.com/worldwide.aspx

And choose Americas

United States: English

Let me know if any help. A Guy

If you go to

http://www.bing.com/worldwide.aspx

You can choose

United States - English

and get this

http://www.bing.com/?scope=web&setmkt=en-US&setlang=match&FORM=W5WA&uid=3530D9D2

I think you'd have to save a shortcut to the english version, or through an english countries web based proxy (slower). Google also has an address you can make home page that will display www.google.com. A Guy
