Windows 7: URL rejected

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit URL rejected

Hello. I tried to go onto YouTube today, and it would not let me, ang gave me an error message. I reconnected my router, reset my wifi, and tried different browsers, but nothing worked.

Rockmelt (runs on Chrome) : RockMelt's connection attempt to was rejected. The website may be down, or your network may not be properly configured.

FireFox: Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at

Opera: A simple blank page

IE: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.
>Diagnose connection problems
>Windows cannot identify the problem.

Can someone help? It only seems to be YouTube acting up...
