Windows 7: Can't edit blog

Hi there! I've been encountering another problem for about a month or so. I started a new blog on "blogger" about two months ago, and I would add new posts every week.
But for about a month now, I haven't been able to add new posts, and it's very disappointing. The funny thing is, I am able to view my blog page, but whenever I hit "new post", the window turns blank, and sometimes I have to close the page or restart my PC.
I was very serious about my blogging and it is very sad that I am not able to post any more after beginning so strong. I was hoping someone could help.

Which browser? If IE, have you tried a reset (tools/internet options/advanced/reset)?

Did you tried to submit blog posts with other browsers like firefox, chrome etc. I think plugins or any spyware will cause your PC to hang while you are working. Spywares enter your PC without your knowledge.

You can use Windows Defender to scan your PC for possible spywares.
