The first link is to Hotmail. I didn't sign in there.

The second link is to WLM. That's where I signed in.

When I searched "windows live home," I didn't get an exact match to the search. I was wondering which site to choose.

Sorry -- I forgot to tell you that I am using Internet Explorer 9. I use Startpage as my search engine.

They are technically the same thing, WLM is Hotmail, WLM is the program on your computer and Hotmail is the web based version.

If you sign in to your windows live account you should see something like this at the top,

probably a different color but with those options.

That's it, now if you hover over the word hotmail, a dropdown will appear and you can choose contacts.

Click on that and see if all your contacts are there.

It's a freakin' miracle! They're all there. They look different than the two lists I have in WLM but there they are, bigger'n Dallas.

    So, now what?

    That's the magic!

That means everything is in sync with your WLM on your computer.

Can I guess and say your doubles aren't there?

I'll check right now. Hold tight...

Nope. The doubles are still there. I feel like someone has done voo-doo on my computer.

However, it's after 4 AM here, and I'm getting pretty wiped out. I don't see any solutions; I can only hope that you do. You've certainly been a stalwart guest at this party. Thank you.

May I contact you tomorrow to see if you've had any brainstorms?
