To keep my contacts updated on two different computers, I use the export/import function.
Contacts displays ~ 44 data fields (e.g., Name, Home Phone, email, etc.) However, when exporting data variables into a *.CSV, a list displays only 29 variables which I can select/deselect (with a mouse click) for export. Missing from the list of 29 possible fields, however, are 15 variables.
I can live with only exporting a maximum of 29 variables if need be, but I would like to choose which of the 29 fields are to be exported.
Would you know how can I add/delete some/all of these unlisted 15 variable fields that are missing from the list of possible fields for export?
[There is one work around: since the variable field "Notes" -- which is quite large -- can be exported, I could just enter all critical data there; however, that defeats the purpose using a computer. I might as well pack a paper and pencil.]
