Well, I didn't... Victor did! I just summarized the info (and test it)

As we say in French: "Il faut rendre à César ce qui appartient à César" (the citation is indeed from the Bible's New Testament (Matthew 22:21). "Give to Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and to God the things which are God's."

Apologies to Victor, who provided the solution, but Serge you initiated the thread and I might not have found the solution otherwise.

I chose to include the vbs link in Favorites and it didn't seem to work from the Taskbar ??

I am sure this will make a lot of people happy so good work all round.

If you right-click the SaveAsMHT.vbs file then properties and then security you will find the levels of access. I needed to change the access to enable write access for all users since this was not allowed initially. Perhaps it was just my system though.

now, even better: use fabulous free AutoHotkey_L for single key stroke to run the .vbs rather than from favorites. but you probably already know about that program?

I've heard good things about AutoHotkey but I use HotKeyz to perform similar tasks - never thought about using a key-stroke though, ta
