Tor is just running from a folder. So, only thing I can do is deleting that folder or not running the program.
It is not installed, so it can't be uninstalled [Portable] (I can delete the folder).
Without Tor and without the add-ons and extensions, it is around 100,000K, which is better of course.

If it's any comfort, I run a squeaky clean system and my firefox, which I admit is loaded, is presently using about 300K. Might be less if I exit, run ccleaner and start back up again. It may be flash maybe. Something I am seeing it using over 100,000K. Especially, when it makes firefox and/or the computer freeze. Less than 5 tabs, it is around 300,000K; but over 5, it tends to go up to 500,000K.
As long as, it doesn't freeze; there is no problem, but when it freezes the computer, that is bad.
