Outlook.com questions _ RE : aliases

I am confused about the matter of aliases.
All that I know is one is allowed 5 aliases per year.

1. If I have less than 5 aliases created, and I deleted on of them......
questions :
a. if I changed my mind and want to reuse the aliase for the same account, how long do I have to wait ?
b. if I want to use that deleted alise for another account, how long do I have to wait.

2. If I have reached the 5 per year aliases, and I deleted one of them....
question : how long do I have to wait before I can use that same aliase ?

3. I am totally confused about the following....
wait for 30 days
wait for 270 days
wait for 360 days.
when and what senario does each of the above apply ?

Apparently members here are not interested in outlook.com program.
Is it possible to have someone redirecting me to an venue dedicated to outlook.com issues ?
I have searched in the web, cannot find a forum for that.
I do not want MS Answers forums, please.
