Windows 7: WLM 2011 password...?

My e-mail is working ok. But I can't remember my password, (didn't write it down). How can I figure out what my password is, I want to change it..?

When you iniatially setup an email account into WLM, you had to get your username, e-mail address, password, incoming server name, outgoing server name etc tec from your ISP ( internet service provider ). Yes ?
So, call your ISP and ask them. They have your data on file. They can also give you a new password if you want.
I did that a few times, including change of e-mail address and password.
