Windws mail rules.....is this possible with win mail?
I am using windows mail with about 10 pop email accounts set up. Each account has its own folder and a rule set up where the TO or CC receipient is filtered in that folder.
The problem is that on occasions many of the mails are addressed to several people who use the pop accounts setup on windows mail, the outcome of this is that 'bob' has everyones copy of the same email within his folder as he is alphabetically first on the list and Steve at the bottom appears as though he doesn't have any messages.
This is leading to colleages appearing as though they have not received any mail and missing vital communications so I'm eager to get this problem resolved.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks - Ian
