Wife keeps deleting and unpinning IE

My wife has basically the same PC as I do except she only has 3gb of memory.

Don't ask me why but here recently she has deleted the IE icon from the desk top and unpinned IE from the Task Bar.

I know how to get these back but sometimes it is very difficult to get IE working correctly again.

Is there anyway I can lock these so that she CANNOT be able to delete the icon from the desktop and unpin IE from the Task Bar??

    Thanks for any help

I am afraid that this is not possible. The system always gives you enough rope to hang yourself. Just tell the wife not to play around with the icons.

change the icon to something like a spanner and rename it DIY that should keep her away from it.

Laffin, that is just an invitation to her to do it again. 90% of the time she does just the opposite of what I say.

Guess I will just have to live with it as I have for over 40 years

    Thanks guys
