Google redirect page when searching? Any help.

Okay so recently starting maybe 2-3 days ago i tried searching some pictures on google and it keeps takeing me a to white page that says

"Redirect notice"

"The previous page is sending you to _________________ url."

"If you do not want to visit this page , you can return to the previous page."

now this is happening about 95% of the time when i search on google.

it doesnt happen to me on BING or yahoo.

someone told me this was a virus . does anyone know anything about this ? thanks in advance.
