IE 9 problem please help

    And well, you seem to have other issues on your comp.
    So run this and reboot when it finds problems:
    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Answer these 2 Qs:

    • What antivirus are you using?
    • Is Flash player update on your computer?

    Let us know.

    sfc doesn't detect anything wrong and flash player is updated

    Replace norton with MSE:

    Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

    Reboot whenever it asks you to.

    Try this bro:

    Manually go to internet options | advanced |
    Accelerated graphics | check “Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering”
