How do I recover google chome bookmarks after reinstalling Windows 7 ?

Dear and Darling Administators of that cute forum. Maybe there are some same-titled topics about the issue mentioned above but my case may be different than the rest of cases here.

Firstly I didnt have google chrome account and I forgot to save my google bookmarks before I format, reinstall windows 7 .

After the windows 7 finished installation I did a huge research over that topic but I couldnt find proper the solution.

    My problem is

How to recover google chrome bookmarks if they are not transfered on the file Bookmarks.bak
    in
    C:\Users\gecici\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

Because that Bookmark.Bak file has same modification date with the file ''Bookmarks''

I send some pictures that you can have opinion about the trouble

how can I get my bookmarks back?

Or as a last but pretty difficult change- is that 100 % achievable to do ?
to restore a Windows 7-based computer to a previous Windows installation by using the Windows.old folder? here it is written http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971760/en-us?fr=1

The Windows.old folder may contain your bookmarks and you can copy them out. I do similar when deploying new PC's to users by copying their 'Favourites' across between PC's. Not sure where Chrome would hide them, I don't use it but a search in the Windows.old folder should find them.

    Good luck.
