    firefox version 14


    hi i am useing this product and for some reason although the computer etc is updated firefox keeps crashing is there any way of finding out what is causeing this problem thanks

    Hi there,

    Firstly, this is in the wrong section. You don't have a BSOD. Please have a MOD move it into the right section to garner more responses.

    Onto the problem, if you are looking to find the details, the next time FF crashes and shows you the Crash Report Window, click on the Details button to see if you can figure it out and identify the cause.

    And of course, submit the crash details and do a clean reinstall of Firefox. Be sure to disable all add-ons when you do so. Hopefully it helps.

    thankyou for your reply how do you get this post changed to the correct section , and about this issue when firefox crashes there is nothing in the detail section to let me know what has caused this problem i have even uninstalled and gone down to version 3 and the same thing happens all plugins are up to date this seams to have happened since going over to windows 7 thanks
