    Firefox Search Engine

I have used Google Toolbar on Firefox for a couple of years. I got a Firefox Update today and Google is no longer compatible with Firefox. I have tried a few other search engines like Bing and they are also not compatible. What Search Engine Toolbar do you have on Firefox? Thanks,

Everytime Firefox gives me a new version, my settings get messed up.

    Google.

But I don't use the toolbar.

I go to a Google bookmark instead, where I have more flexibility and control over my search than is available from the toolbar.

Re Firefox. Quit updating it automatically or it will drive you crazy with stuff like this or broken add-ons, etc.

Those fools are now updating probably once a month.

May be time to consider the competition. I am.

I used to use Firefox until I had constant freezes and crashes. Never used a toolbar in my life. I just set Google to my homepage. Once I got fed up with Firefox I went to Google Chrome. I didn't like it at first, but now it's amazing and I've gotten used to it. I doubt I'd be able to go back.
