ie9 won't remember logon info for yahoo or banks

After deleting atdmt, IE9 stopped remembering all my logon information for all web pages. I have search the web for a solution but have not fixed the problem. I created a new user profile and it then remembered the logon info. Is there a way to copy all my old desktop icons and settings to my new user profile?

    Thank you,
    Snazzie

    Welcome
Download ccleaner, use it then boot. I bet that you can log in again. The problem is due to corrupt cookies.

If that does not work, try this
Go to your run, (click the start button)
    and type %temp% then enter

I downloaded ccleaner and ran it, but it didn't fix the problem. The new user profile is still working. Can I copy all my desktop settings to the new profile and just delete the old one that no longer works? I'm at my wits end with this problem. It may be in the registery to never allow logons to be remembered for this user profile, but I don't know how to find this out. Thank you for your help.
