Displaying picture in browser and saving picture are two downloads ...

... is there an add-on that can cut that to one?

Large wallpapers, and pictures of galactic clusters and global nebulae are usually large files. The first download occurs to display in the browser. If I were to save the image, a second download occurs. This adds up quickly! Anyone knows of an add-on that can locate the file in memory or cache and save from there?

If I were to play a video in the browser and save the video, that also incurs a double download of the same file.
