HI, i have just tried to download my gas bill to print & i received the following message.
What do you want to do with, SECURE DOWNLOADER GTX INITIAL PROCESS = OLEWEBSITE ONLINE. WHEN I CLICK IT TO OPEN OR SAVE NOTHING SEEMSTO HAPPEN.

Any IDEAS what this is? thanks Megroy

There aren't many details to go on, but is it possible the bill is in PDF format, and you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed?

i suggest trying it with multiple browsers or download managers if you haven't done yet.
