    sandboxie

Because of the uniqueness of this browser, I have asked around about it before just installing it.
Is it a good choice for Win 7 x 64 and easy to learn?
I am asking about the free one.

The sandboxie program that I've seen can be used with the browser of your choice... it is not a browser; but maybe they have released something new

See their FAQ: Sandboxie - Frequently Asked Questions

...easy to learn? Any answer would be pretty subjective. You might take to it right away. Give it a try.
