Sign in to Hotmail and go to Home page by clicking Windows Live.
Under Messenger social, click the Facebook icon to edit Facebook settings.
To permanently disconnect your Windows Live from your Hotmail, click Remove this connection completely at the bottom of the page.

the contacts should go away after that.
