Microsoft hasn't released a changelog for this new version, Windows Live Mail 2012 version 16.4.3505.0912.
Maybe something to make it play nice with windows 8.
Also a new version of Windows Live Messenger 2012 16.4.3505.912

Thanks. It looks like its 2 months newer (Oct vs Aug) and a few bytes longer (1239976 vs 1239552).
