    search tab

when I open a new tab I get this page that has an icon that looks like a flower with 4 pedels red green yellow and blue I think it is mysearchresults.com I can't figure out how to get rid of it. When I open a new tab I want it to got to my home page. and the search bar from it covers half of the spare tab so it is annoying. I hope I explained this right.

    I'd scan with Malwarebytes free,

Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

Can you see it in control panel, programs and features?

Did you look at the second link I gave you?

There are several methods mentioned, depending on the browser you are using.

I think I found it. In the manage add ons there was something that was "default tab browser helper" so I disabled it and it seems to be gone, now I will look in the controle panal to see if I can remove it. Or should I ?
