I think I found it. In the manage add ons there was something that was "default tab browser helper" so I disabled it and it seems to be gone, now I will look in the controle panal to see if I can remove it. Or should I ?

You need to make sure you look at what you are clicking yes to when installing programs, these things are very sneaky if you just keep clicking next or yes when installing stuff.
