Turn off and turn on iexplorer

Have a computer that apparently has a browser hijacker and to repair they say to turn off the iexplorer Process through Task Manager, so how do you restart it?

If you kill the "iexplore.exe" process in the "Task Manager", you can still start IE from the shortcut as normal.

If the "Task Manager" is open you can can start programs like this:
  • Open the "File" menu
  • Choose "New Task (Run...)"
  • In the "Create New Task" box, type the name of the program or browse to it.
