Can anyone tell me if MIE9 has reinstalled to progress bar yet? If not I'll continue to stick with 8. Yes I know chrome firefox etc are better, but I prefer IE.

No changes to IE9 aFAIK.

I have IE8 on my dekstop and IE9 on my laptop. Having worked with 9 I am glad I didn't move to it on the desktop. It's tolerable but I prefer 8. I hear IE10 will be an improvement over both so I will probably move to it for both machines.

10 will have to have a progress bar for me to move though. I just have no idea whether the program is just doing nothing or loading a webpage.

I hear you. My lappy came with IE9 so unless I add Chrome (will not touch Firefox) it's what I will use. It's been a learning curve for sure. I certainly don't like the separate search bar being eliminated. I tend to use a separate search engine rather than using the address bar.

I do tend to look at the status bar (which I enabled) and I rarely see anything so I don't know if I am missing something. I didn't enable the Menu bar so that makes it different too.
