firefox is not good we won't talk about why...

So I usually use Google Chrome and lately for some reason its being slow, and not fully loading pages. So I just started using IE9 and lots of the time a 'IE9 beautyoftheweb.com' sponsered ad bar goes at the top i have to close it EVERY time how do I disable this thing ruining ie?
