"Phantom" address in Yahoo and Hotmail contacts
Several years ago a friend had to get a Hotmail account while traveling in Mexico. We used that account for emailing, and when they returned to the states I deleted that account from my Contact files in both my Yahoo and Hotmail, and returned to using their previous one. Since then whenever I send them an email to their comcast address they receive the email just fine, and I show it as Sent. However I immediately get a message that the email to the old Hotmail address has bounced as undeliverable. I have searched all of the Contact files in my email accounts and that old Hotmail address is not to be found. Where might it be located so that i can remove it? This occurs everytime I send them an email, regardless of using my Yahoo account or my Hotmail. Account. Any suggestions where I might look for the 'phantom' and how I can get rid of it will be appreciated. TIA, Roving
