Switch from Thunderbird to Outlook 2010 - easy way to move data?

I haven't touched Outlook in about 5 or 6 years, and it was actually the Express version at that.

I would like to transfer my email files from Thunderbird version 16 to Outlook 2010, which I have now.

Is there a simple way to do this? I have about 4 to 5 gig of email data. Of course it would be too easy, but I don't see an "Import from Thunderbird" option anywhere...

I know this is an old thread but i wanted to detail what i did to get my TBird emails exported and then imported into Outlook 2010.
I started out using the addon listed above ImportExportTools. Installed it and had to choose eml for the exported format.
Was a little tricky selecting the correct folders and format but once past that hurdle it was smooth sailing.
I was using the latest version of TBird and had no issues outputting all of the folders from 3 different POP3 accounts.
I then copied the eml files onto a flash drive and plugged into the new laptop i was moving my emails to.
I had to install Windows Live email client and import all of the eml files into it.
I then exported to Exchange format and the emails showed up in Outlook. Renamed the folders and all is well.
Both Windows Live and Outlook 2010 had to both be installed on the same computer in order for this to work.

Wow what a pain for you to go though all that...
