How to select "Unicode" in Internet Explorer?

Hi,
I was wondering how I can read the Persian pages properly on IE? In Mozilla Firefox, I can go to;
View > Character Encoding > Unicode UTF-8
But how can I find the same encoding for IE?

Hello robertchatty you can enable the menu bar in IE 9 by right-clicking on the glassy part of the IE window at the top and ensure the Menu bar is selected.

Next follow the same path depicted by the Red highlighted boxes in my screenshot below to change Character Encoding.
