Windows 7: Java crashes on all browsers

Just as the title says, Java doesn't want to load on any browser, on Chrome it simply crashes and either I have to wait to stop it or close Chrome. I have tried reinstalling Java several times with the latest version from the Java website, which includes deleting Java manually and uninstalling it through control panel. I'm honestly stuck as to what the problem is, but it is stopping me from being able to do a lot of things on the web.
