    Outlook 2010

At the moment at work I have my outlook set up so any new emails arrive in my inbox showing as a red font. Once they are read they revert to the normal black font in my inbox. This is working fine as it clearly shows which emails have not been read or actioned, however I have emails that are sent to me as part a group (four different people collectively called "orders") and ideally I would like to show this email coming through in a completely different colour so as these emails stand out from any others.

Is there any way on Microsoft Outlook 2010 I can do this by just isolating the recipient "orders"?

Hello Mabbs1960, welcome to Seven Forums.

Conditional formatting is perhaps what you need:
Automatically change incoming message colors and fonts based on sender, subject, or recipients - Outlook - Office.com
