    The normal file for downloading files is:
    users/admin/download
    I wish to download the files in a file on D:

.exe changing to .stl on download

Hi, when I dl an app or program it always has the file type .stl which is a 3d printing file and Cura starts if I click it. Cura is my 3d slicer program. If I change the file type to exe it works ok. Not big problem but annoying. Any help appreciated. TIA
There are two people, both running Win7prox64. We run Symantec, as an antivirus. Every few days, when they attempt to download a file from the web, they get the "your security settings do not allow download of this file". I then either completely reset the IE settings or enable file download...
I downloaded the IE9 update a couple of weeks ago, and since then I can't download anything from anywhere. I can't download files from the web, I can't download pictures that are attached in emails I receive in Hotmail or anything. If I click on anything that leads to a download, IE9 stops working...
I am running the released RTM version of IE9, and I'm noticing that I cannot change the download location (default) in the new Download Manager. Can anyone else change this and get it to stick?
any idea ?.. My Free Download Manager can't download any EXE file. Every i clicked download the status always showed message that "*.exe - Stopped" :confused:
