Manually Add a Windows Mail account to Windows Live Mai

    Hello there.
I Have been using Outlook Express and Windows Mail for quite a while now, and when i upgradet to 7 i were chocked that the software was'nt included in the released version...
ofcourse i found the (somewhat superior) Windows Live mail.
Well, long story made short. I have been manually Backuping my Windows Mail account onto a flash driver everytime, but since the program isnt included with 7 i dont know how to acces my mail anymore...
I know i can acces a POP3 Mail from Windows Live mail and have ofcourse tried that... But here is the catch, (and trust me this is embarassing) i cant remember the password!.. since i havent had a reason to crunch it in before, i simply have forgotten about it...

Well, bare bones question is finally here: is there a way i can Manually place my account into Windows Live Mail without having to cruch in that password.
It was possible in both Outlook Express and Windows mail so there should be at least someway to simply place the Account in there???

You do not specify which service you are trying to connect to.

Most on-line mail services will provide you with a method of recovering a lost password. I would suggest you try to contact them and see what options are available to you
