Live Mail Shut Down Problem
I'm running Live Mail 2012 on Windows 7. Often, but not always, I simultaneously run Outlook 2010. I mention Outlook only to provide as much detail as possible. Regardless of what's running besides Live Mail, when I shut down Live Mail, the entire screen image doesn't disappear immediately. Instead, it begins to disappear, but in smallish chunks. I am able to see an open application, like Outlook or my Desktop, in the spaces that have closed. Eventually, the entire Live Mail screen image disappears. When I reopen Live Mail, it works fine. The shut down problem does not affect Live Mail's performance at all. What I'm seeing is tough to describe, but it is almost as if there's a residual image left on screen even though the program itself has closed. Two more facts: (1) the problem is intermittent. Sometimes the shut down is normal; and (2) my default browser is Firefox. Anyone have a similar experience? Thoughts on a cause and fix?
