how can I use the mail button on my IE browser,it says its not configured correctly.

In the start menu search box type "default" and click on default programs, click "set your deafualt programs" and then check the defaults for IE and Hotmail.

i have done that but there is no hotmail,.i selected IE but it says the default mail client is not configured correctly.

no windows mail apps

Hotmail is a web based email website, not a program. I believe you'd have to install Windows Live Mail for that to work. A Guy

Wasn't there a time when you could point at the POP? Dunno if it's still possible, but I seem doing recall doing it once or twice.
