What could be the problem with this site?

I am trying to open www.moneybookers.com but all my browsers i.e. chrome, firefox, opera shows some thing like this.
Please help is it problem at my end? Also plz try at ur side.

Hi there,

Mine works, I am using IE9, have you tried clearing the cache of your browsers. Sometimes refreshing the browser's page helps, I'd do F5 to refresh.

check your bios setting especially the date and time

Hi,

If it appears the same way in all the browsers, then It could be possible that the website would have been under maintenance at that time. If you are still facing the issue, then try opening this website in a different user profile and check if there is any difference.
