How to save mailbox space on outlook 2010?

when i view my mailbox size, server data shows calendar eats about 16003KB. would it be best to just download locally the global address book to save some precious mailbox space?

Your Outlook mailbox size become large due to your calendar items. You can reduce your mailbox size space in outlook 2010 by the help to reducing the size of outlook calendar item, you should follow these steps : How to Reduce the Size of Your Outlook Calendar |
