Merging 2 different Favorites backups?

I have 2 seperate computers both running Win7 and ie9
I would like to merge the 2 Favourites folders in ie9, so that they are both the same on each computer.
I have tried backing up one and importing it into the other but it just overides the original.
Can it be done in Win7?

Thanks

from the favorites folder you want to move, select all and copy to a new folder, move that folder to machine you want to move favorites into and then just do the same from the new folder select all and copy to favorites folder on machine 2. The favicons will probably be blank after the move but they will fix themselves after a bit of use.
