YouTube "This video is currenly unavailable."

I am using IE under Windows 7, but I've seen this happen on other machines as well.
When watching a YouTube video, it suddenly stops (or never starts playing) and says "This video is currently unavailable." I have the latest flash and win updates. Is there a fix for this? Very irritating.

You can see if ActiveX filtering is on for youtube pages, and if so, try disabling it for that page. See the Note box under step 4

Internet Explorer "ActiveX Filtering" - Turn On or Off
