    Hook dll problem adobe player

    Hey guys,
So everytime I play videos which involve adobe flash player, I always get this message, really irritating -

Sometimes it causes the video to shut down and say "an error has occurred". Other times it freezes my browser. It's really frustrating because I have to click on it and sometimes it stuffs up my browsing. Had it for a while now. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Just to be on the safe side, scan pc with malwarebytes you can download from here Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer Use the free version, install and update and do a full scan, if you haven't already done so.
By the way, how long has this been happening for and could you please fill out your system specs.

Been using Malwarebytes for over three years man - ive done 3 full scans last month - nothing. Also scanned with Spybot Search & Destroy and Kaspersky Internet Security 2013. Nothing else seems out of the ordinary - this may have popped up when I deleted a very miniscule virus with Malwarebytes a couple months back.
Here are my system stats -

Have you tried using system file checker.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Just tried the command "sfc /verifyonly" and it said it couldn't find any "integrity violations"

Are you sure that this error is from the adobe flash player?

What is the add-on that is shown in the upper right corner of the video window? The thing that says "Download this video".
