Drop-down menus disappear

This is only happening in designer Media sites and with different skins. Any time I click on a link with a drop down menu, i.e., Quick Links it appears for a split second and disappears.
This didn't happen when I tried some dark or black skins. I normally use Seven Blue. I have tries both 32 and 64 bit versions of IE9 and both have the same issue.

Several things can cause this. A virus > scan for virus/spyware. R-Mouse button stuck.
Outdated Java scripts > update/enable Java. Most likely you just need to clear your cache.

Scaned with Norton, MBAM and SAS and is clean. Cache is cleared several times daily with Ccleaner, I don't have Java installed. Used to work this way.

I don't have IE installed. But I tried it with MaxThon and Seven Blue. The drop down was normal. Not sure what version of IE Engine MaxThon uses though.

I think it's because John was "updating" the search boxes.

How do I get rid of the drop down menus in Libraries?
So I decided to make a new library for work called "Work" and I was going to put all of my stuff for my job in that library instead of having it in the Documents library like I have had for awhile now. However, whenever you create a new library and add a folder to it, there is a drop down menu for...

Mouse focus - Pop-Up Menus Disappear - Problem
I have no viruses, all software, flash, drivers, and BIOS are current. I have no gagets running, have all animation and effects turned off. The simplest example is trying to click on the taskbar icon for sound to mute or change the volume. When I try to move the cursor to the pop-up, it disappears....

Blank Drop Down Menus
I noticed this earlier today: all drop down menus are blank. For example, the run drop down menu throws up a blank white box that I can't scroll through. Nothing is highlighted, and there are no entries at all. The same is true when I press CNTRL+O for all programs. I can browse through...

Drop down menus on newegg.com
Hi all, Don't know what I did. Didn't install any new software or updates or drivers. While surfing the web the drop down menus at Newegg.com fail to work in regular IE8. They work fine in InPrivate browsing using IE8 and while using Firefox they also work. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
