Windows 7: Uninstalled IE9, not reverting back to IE8

This may explain why you cannot revert to IE8.

After all of this, did you try your game in IE9 in compatibility mode?

Yes, I have SP1 installed. IE9 was not installed before SP1. Yes, I did remove Service Pack Backup files.

I did try, sadly it does not work. Requires somehow different ActiveX. I'm running it through a VM though.
