    What was the results for "sfc /scannow"?

    This could be malware. I don't see a malware scan mentioned in any of the posts. So I would reccomend downloading "Malwarebytes", installing and running.

    Same question sachin: did you run the system file checker scan and did you run a full Malwareybytes scan? What were the results? Did you try the clean startup?

    One more suggestion: If you have a restore point that goes back far enough (before the cookie problem started) try rolling back your computer.
