Outgoing mail goes to Outbox but never sends

Trying to send email from Outlook. I have q.com account and a gmail.com accounts. gmail.com works fine, but q.com just goes to outbox and sits there, never getting sent. In Account Settings for q.com, I hit Test Account Settings and get an error 452 4.7.0[F12] Exceeded sending limits.

this seems to be something with the q.com account that you are exceeding the sending limits, maybe you should check with that isp provider and find out what is going on

Ive had that issue with outlook 2010. Say if you wish to send an email through a website, it opens outlook but never sends. I have to copy into a new email and send, i know its no help but there is an issue
