Solved How to Reinstall Windows Live Mail

I am running Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit.
I have had to Repair Windows Live Essentials several times because Windows Live Mail has been hanging up. How do I save my contacts (individual and groups) and my pop email acct set up before uninstalling so I may re enter them after the reinstallation of Windows Live Mail?
