Chrome download speed drastically slower than torrents.

I don't reeally know where I should post this but, I guess "Browsers" section works.
So my Chrome download speed average at 90-150kbps while my torrent average is 700kbps - 2 mbps. Is this normal? If not, is there a way to increase or "fix" my browser download?

Try download from another site using chrome. Maybe remote site is just overloaded or slow

Test the same download on IE and see if there is a big difference in speed, this will let you know whether its the browser or the site
