Did you see my Post#8 about forwarding?
You could try another program such as Mozilla Thunderbird to see if that works.
What anti-virus program do you use?
What version of WLM are you using?

Make sure your full email address is in the Email username field, including the "@bellsouth.net".
This field usually defaults to just the userid part, and I've had problems with that before.
I normally use Outlook for my at&t email, but I just added it to WLM 2012 and so far it's working without errors...
I have attachedanexcerpt from acombofix log entry of a runmade this date(1-30-2013. There are two entries logged under "locked registry keys" and the program id is listed as windows live mail.email.1and windows live mail.vcard.1
Tease locked registry keys appear to be the problem.does anyone have the fix for locked registry keys.

I see you have a very old version of Combofix. This program really should not be used, unless you know 'specifically' what you're doing!
Please uninstall:
BingBar
RegCure <---> Pro ParetoLogic <-- this may be your bigest problem
Please copy and paste the list of deletions performed earlier by CF.
They can be found in the C:\Qoobox\ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt:
xgdude responds.
When I ran Combofix the program asked if I wanted to use the updated version, it apeared to update it.
I checked for the quarantined folder and could not find what you wanted. Attached screenshot is what I have.
So, Do you think the locked registry key could possibly be the problem? It was locked and it applied to the program ID of live mail. AND my password IS locked out.
How do you unl;ock a registry key?

Is the file Jacee asked for in the C:\Qoobox folder? (not the C:\Qoobox\Quarantine folder)
Your screen print does not show what is in the folder Jacee specified...
I would like you to copy and paste the .txt log into notepad... The "quarantine folder .doc" shows me nothing in Word
Attached is the snap shot of the Qoobox folder's contents.

Hello xgdude,
I'm no security expert, but you are not giving the information Jacee has asked for and needs to help you.
Can you insert the CONTENTS of the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt file into your post?
A screen print showing you have the file will not help Jacee to help you solve this!
I can't help further, as I don't think this is a WLM/at&t email issue now...
This tutorial by Brink explains how to upload a file.

Hope this helps,

If you could highlite the text in all these notepad logs:
Combofix2.txt
Combofix3.txt
Combofix4.txt
You should be able to copy and paste them in your next reply.
Left click to highlite text and then right click to copy highlited text. In the reply box, right click and choose paste.
