Windows 7: I can't add an account on outlook.

I'm using qubee in Bangladesh.
May visit qubee.com.bd
I'm using smtp : mail.villa76.com.au
I think smtp is the problem.Qubee is a wimax connection.
And my other account receive mails.But I can't send.It just saved on outbox.

Ok, As a test, Change your outgoing smtp to

mail.qubee.com.pk

Thats what i found after a quick search. You may well need to contact Qubee

Let's not forget the port settings. Click More settings on Settings page:

Check the ports and encryption from your provider, set them on Advanced tab:

Are you asking from me?

If yes, here's the answer: Quite often it is not enough to simply set the servers, username and password. You also need to use correct ports, and if provider requires encryption set it correctly.
